1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using any app published by UseONE, LLC ("we", "us", "Company") — including but not limited to HexAstral, Kindred, Fēng, Cycle, Coin-Cast, Face Oracle, Dream Oracle, Numerology, and related satellite apps (collectively, the "Service"), or by using our websites at hexastral.com and useone.tech — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. By continuing to use the Service after material changes to these Terms, you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect and process personal data.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.

The Service is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them (see Privacy Policy §9). If we learn that we have collected information from a minor, we will promptly delete it.

You further represent that (a) you are not located in a jurisdiction subject to U.S. trade embargoes restricting access to the Service, and (b) you are not on any U.S. government list of restricted parties.

3. Service Description & Nature

The Service consists of multiple connected apps and web surfaces that deliver astrology, divination, almanac, and related interpretation content rooted in East Asian metaphysical traditions (Ba Zi 八字, Zi Wei Dou Shu 紫微斗数, I Ching 易經, Feng Shui 風水, numerology, physiognomy, and oneiromancy). Content is generated by a combination of deterministic computation (chart calculation), templated copy, and large-language-model ("AI") narration.

FOR ENTERTAINMENT, CULTURAL EXPLORATION, AND PERSONAL REFLECTION ONLY. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice. Nothing in the Service constitutes legal, medical, mental-health, financial, business, dietary, relationship, parenting, religious, or any other professional advice.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or fabricated. Outputs are probabilistic, vary between runs, and can contain factual errors ("hallucinations"). You should not rely on AI-generated content for any decision with material consequences without independent verification.

You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the Service. We expressly disclaim any duty of care arising from your use of the Service.

4. Account, Sign-In & Email Management

Anonymous tier. You may use a baseline of features without signing in or providing an email. The Service creates a device-scoped anonymous identifier on first launch and stores your inputs locally.

Sign-in. To unlock additional features (cross-device sync, invite mechanic, public profile sharing), you may sign in with Apple or Google. The provider returns an opaque user identifier we use to associate sessions; we never receive your provider password.

Email capture. Apple may share your email address (real or relay) ONLY on the first authorization in any of our apps. Google passes your email on every successful sign-in. We capture and store the email on first availability and do not overwrite it on subsequent sign-ins. If we fail to capture an email on first auth (e.g. you signed in before this capture flow was deployed), you may bind one manually via the one-time-passcode (OTP) flow inside the app.

Email unbinding. You may remove your bound email at any time without deleting your account ("Unbind email" inside the Me/Settings tab, or by emailing privacy@hexastral.com). Removing your email may disable invite-based unlocks and account-recovery flows until you bind a new email.

Account deletion. You may permanently delete your account at any time from inside the app (typically Me/Settings → Delete account) or by emailing privacy@hexastral.com. Deletion cascades through all of our servers within 30 days and removes your readings, charts, bonds, invitations, and reading history (see Privacy Policy §6). Local data on this device may persist until you reinstall the app.

One person per account. You may not share an account with another person, or allow another person to use your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account, including any in-app purchases made.

5. Birth Information & Third-Party Consent

Many features require you to provide birth information (solar date, time, gender, optional city/coordinates) for yourself or for a third party (e.g. for a compatibility reading in Kindred, a MingPan timeline you generate for a friend, or a Feng Shui audit of a site).

For your own data: you confirm the information you provide is accurate. We are not responsible for outputs based on inaccurate inputs.

For third-party data: you represent and warrant that you have a lawful basis to provide that data — for example, the third party's informed consent to have their birth information processed by the Service. Where required by law (e.g., GDPR Art. 6), you are the data controller for that data and we are the processor. You agree to indemnify us against any third-party claims arising from your submission of their data without consent.

Where you choose to edit your own birth information after a reading has been generated, the Service may invalidate cached readings and regenerate them. Free users are entitled to one (1) lifetime correction; further edits require a paid subscription tier.

6. Public Profile & User-Generated Content

Optional public profile. The Service offers an opt-in public profile at hexastral.com/u/[username] that displays your chosen username, optional display name, optional avatar, an archetype label, and selected portions of your chart (configurable via fine-grained visibility flags inside the app). Public profile is OFF by default. When you enable it, you understand that:

• Anyone with the URL or who searches your username can view the disclosed information without authentication. • Search engines and social media link-previews may cache the page; we cannot guarantee full removal once cached externally. • You can disable Public profile at any time, after which our server returns 404 for the URL — but cached copies elsewhere are outside our control.

Username & display-name policy. You may not register or use a username or display name that: (a) impersonates another person, brand, or our staff; (b) is unlawful, infringes intellectual property, contains hate speech, harassment, sexually explicit content, or violence; (c) is purchased for resale or squatting; or (d) misleads other users about your identity.

Takedown. We may remove, rename, or suspend usernames/profiles that violate the above without prior notice. We may also remove user-supplied content (display names, invite messages, bond labels) that violates these Terms.

DMCA / IP claims. If you believe content on the Service infringes your intellectual property, send a notice to ip@hexastral.com including (i) identification of the work, (ii) identification of the allegedly infringing material with URL, (iii) your contact info, (iv) a statement of good-faith belief and accuracy under penalty of perjury, and (v) your signature. We will respond within 14 business days.

7. Invite-by-Email & Friend-Targeted Features

Several features let you initiate emails to addresses you supply, including:

• Chapter-unlock invites (MingPan app): you send an invitation to a friend's email; if they install the app and bind that email, your account unlocks an additional chapter. • Reading gifts: you send a generated reading to a recipient's email so they can claim it. • Compatibility (Kindred) resonance invitations: you invite a partner to disclose their birth info via email so we can synthesize a pair reading.

By using these features you represent and warrant that:

• You have a pre-existing personal or business relationship with the recipient, OR have otherwise lawfully obtained the recipient's consent to receive an unsolicited email from us on your behalf. • You will not enter random or harvested email addresses, addresses found on the internet without consent, or addresses purchased from a list. • You will not use any feature to harass, threaten, or solicit minors.

We send EXACTLY ONE email per invitation you initiate. Unredeemed invitations expire automatically (typically 7 days) and we do not contact the recipient again unless you initiate another invitation. We are the sender of record under CAN-SPAM and similar laws and will include all required headers and an opt-out mechanism in every email.

Notwithstanding the above, you remain responsible to the recipient for the content of your custom message (if any), and for the appropriateness of your selection of recipient under applicable law in their jurisdiction. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims arising from your unauthorized or unlawful use of these features.

We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or disable invitation features for any account showing patterns consistent with spam, abuse, or volume that exceeds reasonable personal use.

8. Free Tier, Rate Limits & Invite-Driven Unlocks

The Service uses a tiered access model with the following currently-deployed limits (subject to change with notice):

• Anonymous web visitors: 20 chart computations per UTC day, identified by IP. • Free signed-in users: 100 chart computations per UTC day, identified by user account. • Pro / subscribed users: no daily chart limit.

MingPan app — chapter unlocks. Free signed-in users receive an initial allocation of chapter readings. Additional chapters unlock when a friend you invited installs the Service and binds the email address you supplied (capped at the total chapter count). The full reading is also available immediately to subscribed users.

Other apps — episodic credits and daily allowances. Satellite apps (Coin-Cast, Dream Oracle, Numerology, Face Oracle, Feng Shui) offer per-use readings via consumable credit packs and/or monthly allowances available under a subscription tier (see §9).

Daily activity / streak rewards. The Service may grant additional credits or extend allowances based on daily check-in or similar engagement; these grants are at our discretion, non-cumulable beyond the cap, and have no monetary value.

Limits are operational and may be adjusted to manage server cost or abuse. Changes that materially reduce paid-tier value will be communicated via in-app notification.

9. Paid Content, Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

We may offer the following paid products (some may not be active in all markets at all times):

Subscriptions (monthly and annual): • HexAstral Universe Pro — the master subscription. Grants all of Kindred Pro, MingPan Pro, and Cycle Pro entitlements, plus monthly allowances across satellite apps (Coin-Cast, Feng Shui, Face Oracle, Dream Oracle, Numerology) and relaxed rate limits. • Kindred Pro — unlocks compatibility/bonds features in Kindred. • MingPan Pro — unlocks the full MingPan timeline and chapter set without invite gating. • Cycle Pro — unlocks daily almanac features and notification scheduling in Cycle. • Coin-Cast Pro (legacy, where applicable) — unlocks unlimited I-Ching divinations in Coin-Cast.

One-time / single-purchase products: • Single deep readings (e.g. one fate reading, one compatibility pair, one Feng Shui site audit, one I-Ching divination).

Consumable credit packs: • Per-app credit packs (e.g. 5 chat messages, 3 divinations, 10 coin casts, 10 dream interpretations, 10 numerology readings).

Processing. All paid products are sold and processed through Apple App Store In-App Purchase (iOS) or Google Play Billing (Android, where available). We use RevenueCat as our subscription-management infrastructure to grant entitlements based on receipts; you have no direct payment relationship with us.

Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel via Apple ID Settings → Subscriptions (or Google Play account on Android). We do not have access to your payment method.

Free trials. If a subscription offers a free trial, the trial converts to a paid subscription automatically unless canceled before the trial ends. Use of any paid feature during a trial does not waive your right to cancel.

Refunds. Refund requests for App Store / Play Store charges must be submitted through the platform's refund process. We cannot process refunds for App Store / Play Store purchases directly. We may, in our discretion, restore an entitlement that was granted but failed to deliver due to our server outage.

Consumable credits and one-time purchases. Consumed credits and used single-purchase readings are non-refundable.

Price changes. We may change prices at any time. Existing subscription terms remain at the previously-published price until renewal; we will notify you of a price change before it takes effect at renewal and you may cancel before then.

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use automated tools, scripts, bots, or scrapers to access, copy, or harvest Service content beyond what a normal human user could obtain. • Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from any part of the Service except to the extent expressly allowed by law. • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent rate limits, paywalls, entitlement checks, free-tier caps, or any other technical access control. • Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit any AI-generated reading, chart computation, or other Service content. • Submit false birth information, third-party birth information without consent, or birth information of public figures with the intent to harass or impersonate. • Use invitation features to send unsolicited emails (spam) or to harass, threaten, or solicit minors (see §7). • Upload malicious files (in features that accept image upload), or attempt to inject prompts or exploit AI features to produce content prohibited by §3 (e.g., professional advice claims). • Interfere with the operation of the Service, attempt unauthorized access to other users' accounts, or attempt to overwhelm or disable any portion of our infrastructure. • Use the Service in violation of applicable law (including U.S. export controls, sanctions, and anti-spam law).

We may suspend, throttle, or terminate accounts engaging in any of the above with or without notice (see §14).

11. Intellectual Property

Our content. All software, designs, source code, copy, illustrations, classical-glyph typography arrangements, prompt scaffolding, and AI-output styling in the Service are owned by UseONE, LLC or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Your content. Birth information, photos, dream descriptions, custom messages, and other inputs you provide remain owned by you. By submitting them to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use those inputs only for the purposes of (i) providing the Service to you, (ii) computing chart/reading results, (iii) sending invitations or gifts you initiate, and (iv) improving Service quality on an aggregated and anonymized basis. This license terminates when you delete the content or your account, except where we are legally required to retain a copy.

AI-generated readings. We do not assert authorial copyright in personalized AI-generated readings; you have unrestricted rights to read, share, and screenshot your own readings for personal use. You may not, however, redistribute readings commercially, train a model on bulk Service outputs, or remove/obscure HexAstral branding when sharing publicly.

Classical content. Classical East-Asian terms (the names of stems, branches, palaces, hexagrams, geju patterns, etc.) are public-domain cultural heritage and not owned by anyone.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

AS-IS. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM LOSS OF DATA.

We specifically disclaim any warranty that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, current, or fit for any particular use.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE — WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, STATUTE, OR OTHERWISE — EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50).

EXCLUSION OF DAMAGES. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, OR DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

The above limitations do not apply to liability arising from our gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including certain consumer-protection statutes in some jurisdictions).

ESSENTIAL ALLOCATION OF RISK. You acknowledge that the above disclaimers and limitations are an essential basis on which the Service is offered to you and reflect a fair allocation of risk between the parties. Without them we would not provide the Service.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless UseONE, LLC, our affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your breach of these Terms, including but not limited to your warranties under §§5 and 7; • Your submission of third-party birth information without consent; • Your use of invitation features in violation of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or similar laws; • Content you upload (display names, messages, images); • Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense.

14. Service Changes, Suspension & Termination

We may at any time modify, suspend, discontinue, or change the Service (including paid features) in whole or in part. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify subscribed users of changes that materially reduce a paid tier's benefits and to allow cancellation with proportional refund where required by law.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms (including §10 prohibited activities) or for non-payment. Subject to applicable law, termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund of consumable credits or pro-rata subscription amounts.

You may terminate at any time by deleting your account (§4) and uninstalling the apps. Subscriptions remain billable until canceled through the App Store / Play Store; account deletion does not by itself cancel a subscription with the platform.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (§§3, 5, 11, 12, 13, 16, 17) shall survive.

15. Apple App Store Required Provisions

The following terms apply specifically when you obtain the Service from the Apple App Store and supplement the rest of these Terms. In the event of conflict between these Apple-specific terms and any other Apple App Store EULA term, the Apple terms control:

• Acknowledgment. You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and us only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content. • License scope. The license granted to use the Service is limited to a non-transferable license to use the Service on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms. • Maintenance and support. We are solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the Service. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support. • Warranty. We are responsible for any product warranties not effectively disclaimed in §12. If the Service fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, who will refund the App Store purchase price (where applicable). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. • Product claims. We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Service, including (i) product-liability claims, (ii) any claim that the Service fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and (iii) claims arising under consumer-protection, privacy, or similar legislation. • Intellectual-property infringement. We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any third-party intellectual-property infringement claim. • Legal compliance. You represent and warrant (a) you are not located in a country subject to U.S. embargo or designated as a "terrorist-supporting" country, and (b) you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties. • Third-party beneficiary. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

16. Dispute Resolution, Governing Law & Arbitration

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Informal resolution first. Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at legal@hexastral.com with a clear statement of the dispute and the relief you seek, and to allow us thirty (30) days to investigate and respond. We agree to the same obligation in the opposite direction.

Binding individual arbitration. If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration, administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The seat of arbitration shall be Wilmington, Delaware, USA, although you may participate by telephone or videoconference.

Class action waiver. YOU AND WE EACH AGREE THAT DISPUTES WILL BE BROUGHT ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON'S CLAIMS AND MAY NOT OTHERWISE PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF A REPRESENTATIVE OR CLASS PROCEEDING.

Opt-out of arbitration. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement and class-action waiver by sending a written notice to legal@hexastral.com within thirty (30) days of first agreeing to these Terms. Your notice must include your name, the device on which you first agreed, and a statement that you want to opt out.

Exceptions. Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court, or seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual-property rights.

No class settlement. If a court determines the class-action waiver is unenforceable as to any claim or remedy, the arbitration provision shall not apply to that claim or remedy and that claim or remedy shall proceed in court.

17. Severability, Assignment & Entire Agreement

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms is not a waiver of that right or any other.

Assignment. You may not assign these Terms or any rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms and our rights at any time to an affiliate, successor in interest, or buyer of substantially all of our assets, on notice to you.

No agency. No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment is created by these Terms. Neither party has any authority to bind the other.

Notices. We may give notice to you via in-app message, push notification, or to your bound email address. You may give notice to us at legal@hexastral.com.

Language. If we provide a translated version of these Terms, the English-language version controls in the event of any conflict.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any in-app paid-product disclosures, constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the Service and supersede any prior agreement on the same subject matter.
